Welcome! We’re glad you’re here.

Enrollment at EarlystART

Enrolling a child at EarlystART is a great new beginning. Not just for students but for families as well! It’s where families and caregivers find friendship, support, and guidance. It’s where we build and celebrate community.

Student registration and enrollment are available for families to complete online. If you do not have access to the internet, a device to use, or need assistance in completing the online application, please call earlystART at 816-994-5400. One of our Family Advocates will be happy to answer any of your questions or, if needed, assist with the registration application in person.

Our Waiting List

Due to high demand, each of the EarlystART schools currently has a waiting list at this time. We apologize for this inconvenience. To be placed on the enrollment waiting list, please complete the SchoolAppKC form below. Families will be notified by phone regarding enrollment availability.

How to Enroll

SchoolAppKC is a quick and easy way to enroll your student from any electronic device in just a few minutes. Simply complete an 8-question application from a computer, cell phone, or tablet. Families will be notified by phone regarding enrollment availability.

Head Start Assistance

As a collaborative Head Start facility, EarlystART students age 6 weeks to 5 years whose families qualify may receive assistance through the Missouri Department of Social Services Child Care Assistance Program. The program covers full or partial enrollment costs.

Children may be eligible for Head Start and Early Head Start services if at least one of the following applies:

  • a family has incomes below poverty guidelines which are adjusted for families of different sizes and issued each year in the Federal Register by the Department of Health and Human Services
  • a family is homeless
  • a family is receiving public assistance such as TANF or SSI
  • a child is in foster care; foster children are eligible regardless of the foster family’s income.
For assistance in determining eligibility for your student, please call 816-994-5400.
