As part of Money Smart Month in April, St. Mark Child & Family Development Center will host two Money Smart KC workshops on Thursday, April 3 and on Wednesday, April 16 from 4:30-5:30 on both days. presented by Central Bank of Kansas City. A light dinner will be provided beginning at 4:00 p.m.and there will also be a RAFFLE FOR PRIZES! When you fill out an evaluation form at the end of the workshop, you will be entered into a drawing for 2 major prices – an Ipad mini and a Kindle Fire HD. On April 16, Get Smart About Credit and learn about what goes into your credit report and how to access it. Explore ways to manage your debt and help improve your score, as well as avoid pay day lenders. Credit reports will be run for select attendees.
